Hey at least you didn't get some dude calling and threatening you because his daughter is only 16 and "knows" what I did with her.
That was one of those WTF moments so I called him back and found out that he hadn't dialed the area code and he lived in N.C. or Tenn. or some crap. Got to love area plus or whatever the hell he had. So I cleared that crap right up and got a new number a short time later.
I hope that you aren't on some porn company's list either.

I think I've heard of a dentist in the Philadelphia area advertising drill-less cavity repair. Think they use high pressure water (like a power-washer for your teeth).

Very cool! My Julie has the SD .40 in green and she loves it. Hell, I love it too. This subby looks like the tradition Springfield has created is still alive. I might just have to add one to my collection. I have a Taurus 24/7 .45 ACP and I've tweaked it to shoot like a dream. This Sub may be my carry soon. Thanks for the review!

Sorry to hear about the rough accomodations Jonna. Good friends of our's introduced Julie and I to Bryson City some years ago. We got to stay at the Folkestone Inn for Valentine's Day a couple of years ago and loved it. The Inn has changed owners recently, which is sad but I hear the new owners are keeping up the superb service and wonderful homey feeling. It really is a wonderful place and I highly recommend it the next time you go to Bryson City. The rooms aren't that expensive and depending on when you go, you can get good deals on one of the smaller rooms. Food is excellent and it's close as hell to the Great Smokey Mtn. National Park. Check out Clingman's Dome while yer up there!

Since we're stuck with Microsoft, the whole Microsoft, and nothing but Microsoft at work, I just use Outlook for all of my scheduling. I spend more time on the mystery machine there than at home anyway. It would be nice if I had an app that was web based and would work from both places (and that the network nazis would allow).

Sorry to hear about the mandatory furlough and request to reduce work hours. That's no fun but like you said, better than getting laid off out right.
I had to laugh when you spoke about working for the governement with you personal view on some issues. I feel the same way. I work as a contract employee with the Federal Government at GSA. In a nutshell we're the governments realtor and handyman. I prepare construction cost estimates and evaluate contractor proposals for fairness. But like you said, I too find it funny that I work with/for the government. It's espcially interesting watching the inner workings and changes with the Presidential Transition.
